Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.

This store is run entirely by the artist himself as an independent DIY operation. Because items are produced and fulfilled in limited runs, we cannot process returns or size swaps once an order goes out.

Order Cancellations (15-Minute Window) If you made a mistake with your address, size, or order details, you have 15 minutes from the exact time you place your order to request a cancellation.

After 15 minutes, your order is locked into processing and can no longer be canceled or changed. To cancel within the window, reply directly to your order confirmation email or send a message with your order number immediately.

Damaged or Missing Items If your item arrives physically damaged or you received the wrong product, contact deeprest on social media (@realdeeprest) with your order number and photos of the issue within 7 days of delivery so we can fix it.
